(2) Click "Usage fees" (ご利用料金)
(3) Under the "Charges" (料金) menu, click the "Details of payments made through Docomo Pay or d-Pay" (コモ払い・d払いの明細)
(4) Click "Usage history and payment details" (ご利用履歴・お支払い明細)
(5) Under the "pixiv" section, click "details" (詳細) to see the transaction number (決済番号). Then contact pixiv's support team with the transaction number (決済番号).
■ For payments made through au Kantan Kessai (auかんたん決済)

(1) Access your "au ID"
(2) Select your account statement for au Kantan Kessai
(3) Select the triangle mark to open the details, and the transaction information number will be "transaction number" (決済番号).
