I want to unsubscribe from pixiv Premium

Before canceling your membership
Please note that we do not offer day-by-day refunds for the unused part of your membership.

For credit card and PayPal payments:

If you wish to cancel your pixiv Premium membership, please do so from the "Edit pixiv Premium membership information" page. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your cancellation application is complete.

Once you cancel your pixiv Premium membership, you can use pixiv Premium features until the end of the subscription period that you paid for*. After the expiration date, your pixiv Premium membership will be canceled automatically.

*Subscription period: In case of monthly payments, up to one day before the registration/renewal date of the previous month (if paying on November 17th, until December 16th).

For PayPal Payments, please note that you might have temporary difficulties canceling your current plan if the renewal date corresponds with PayPal's system update period. Please anticipate your cancelation or request your membership cancelation once PayPal's system update is complete.

You can also cancel your membership directly from PayPal. Select "pixiv" from your transaction history, then Details, then Show Details. You can cancel your membership by clicking the "Cancel" button on the Details page.

For Google Play subscription:

You can cancel your pixiv Premium membership from the Google Play store.

1. Open the Google Play store app
2. Select "Account Information" from the MENU key to display a list of apps you're subscribed to
3. Select "pixiv" and tap "Cancel"
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
5. Your Premium membership will be canceled automatically after its expiration date

If you don't own an Android device, please try canceling your subscription from the browser version of the Google Play store.

For App Store subscription:

You can cancel your pixiv Premium membership from your iPhone settings.

1. Open the Settings from your Home screen
2. Tap "iTunes & App Store" from the Menu
3. Tap your Apple ID (if your Apple ID is not displayed, enter the required information in order to sign in)
4. View Apple ID > Enter password
5. On the Account Settings page, tap "Subscriptions"
6. From your subscriptions list, tap on "pixiv"
7. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
8. Your Premium membership will be canceled automatically after its expiration date

If you don't own an iOS device, please try canceling your subscription from iTunes on your PC. You can do so from "Account Information".
