I cannot cancel my membership due to a message that says "Premium membership update request is being processed."

If your payment method is PayPal, the system will be undergoing an update period for 2-3 days before and after the update. During this period, you may be temporarily unable to cancel your membership. Please proceed with the cancellation procedure after the update has been completed.

You can also cancel your membership from PayPal. Please check your payment history, choose pixiv→ Details→View Details, and click on the Cancel button in order to cancel your subscription to pixiv Premium.
