I am already a Premium user, can I switch to a plan for a different term?

・For credit card or PayPal payments

You can change your membership plan from the Check/edit subscription info page and your next billing will be based on the new plan.


・For ticket voucher payments (payments through the convenience store, WebMoney, or BitCash)

If you wish to use your plan for the next period with the ticket voucher payment, you can extend it at any time from the Check/edit subscription info page.

You will be transferred to the new plan a day after your current plan's expiration date.

You can also check the expiration date from the Check/edit subscription info page.

The following screen will be displayed 15 days before the expiration date.

If you wish to change to a plan for a different term and choose ticket voucher as the payment method, click "Update pixiv Premium" and you will be taken to a screen where you can select another payment method and replace your current payment method.

If you wish to change to a plan for a different term and choose credit card or PayPal as the payment method, you can change your payment method the day after the expiration date of your membership.

Please access the pixiv Premium Introduction page, select a period, and register.


・For cellphone carrier payments

If your payment method is the cellphone carrier payment and you wish to use the long-term discount plans, you need to cancel your membership once and register for the long-term discount plan.

You will be able to register for a long-term discount plan after the termination date.

・For App Store or Google Play payments

If your payment method is the App Store or Google Play and you wish to choose a long-term discount plan, you will have to cancel your membership once and re-register for a long-term discount plan a day after the scheduled cancellation date. You can view the scheduled cancellation date on the page that manages cancellation procedures on your application store. Learn how to check the scheduled cancellation date by visiting the Help page.

You can still use the features of pixiv Premium until the scheduled cancellation date even after you have completed the cancellation procedure.
Once your membership has been canceled, you will be able to register for a long-term discount plan.
