Unfortunately we cannot search for pixiv account from AppStore order numbers.
Please cancel your premium registration directly from the AppStore using the instructions on this page
or check the account you are logged in with.
The following are possible causes for why you may not be able to use premium features using AppStore payments.
- You previously registered a pixiv premium account with the same Apple ID.
- You are logged into the App Store with an Apple ID different from the one you used for registering a pixiv Premium account.
- You are logged in with a pixiv account that is different than the one you used when registering for pixiv premium.
