I haven't gotten an approval notification for an Image Response/illustration

Regardless of whether or not it's an image response or an illustration, both the response work itself and the work being responded to must be public for an image response or illustration to be sent.
Please take a look at your approval notifications.
It's also important to note that it may take some time for illustration use requests and approval notifications to be delivered.
