The process for resending requests

What is resending a request?

This feature lets creators ask fans to resend a request with the same content of a previously canceled request.

1. A creator sends a resend request offer
2. The resend offer is delivered to the fan
3. The fan resends their request
4. The resent request is delivered to the creator
5. The creator accepts the resent request
6. Fans who co-requested will be notified
7. Fans who co-requested it can do it again
8. The creator posts the work

① A creator sends a resend request offer

• They can ask a fan to resend a previously canceled request with the same content.
• This can be done from the request's details page
• This includes requests that have been declined or have exceeded either the response deadline or the submission deadline.
• They can ask for a request to be resent even if they're not currently accepting requests.
• When asking a fan to resend a request, that offer cannot be canceled.
• If a request gets resent and canceled again, it cannot be resent once more.

② The resend offer is delivered to the fan

• They'll be notified when a resend offer is delivered.
• They can decide whether or not to resend the request.
• If they'd like to resend it, they should do so within 7 days.

③ The fan resends their request

• They cannot change the content or amount of the request. If they'd like to change it, they should send a new request.
• The amount will be that of when they originally sent the request, even if the creator changed their target price.
• They can change the payment method.

④ The resent request is delivered to the creator

• Just like a normal request, they'll need to decide whether to accept it or not within 7 days

⑤ The creator accepts the resent request

• Just like a normal request, the deadline will be within 60 days. They will need to complete the request before the deadline.

⑥ Fans who co-requested will be notified

• Fans who previously co-requested this request will be notified when it's in-progress.

⑦ Fans who co-requested it can do it again

• Fans who previously co-requested this work can decide whether or not to do so again. They will not be forced to co-request again.

⑧ The creator posts the work

• When the requested work is complete, it is posted to pixiv.
