pixiv Premium members can repost a work via that work's details page. If you're reposting multiple images, you can click "Resubmit artwork" to repost them.
* It may take some time for the changes to the thumbnail in a reposted work to be applied.
■ How to repost a work
- Open your Dashboard.
- Open the Works tab, and click the pencil icon of the work you'd like to edit.
- Click "Resubmit artwork"

Click the ＋ icon to add images, drag images to change their order, or click the × icon in the top right to delete the image.
* Changing the order of images is unavailable on the mobile version of pixiv.

Once you've set the order of images and the thumbnail, click "Post" to reupload the work.
