You can see what groups you're in by checking "Groups" on your My Page. If you want to view all your groups, click "View all".
If you want to see the groups other users are in, you can do this on desktop by going to their profile, and clicking "Groups".
On mobile, you can tap "Groups" at the bottom of their profile page to display the list of groups they're in.
